The residential care home, Stichell House, opened in October 2006 and consists of 35 rooms all of which exceed the government minimum requirements for floor space.

The Hospital of God owns 63 almshouses in Greatham offering sheltered accommodation for people of pensionable age. These include:
- Founders Court built in the 1980s with 9 bungalows.
- Dormer Parkhurst Almshouses built in 1761 with 4 bungalows.
- Greenside Sheltered Accommodation built in 1974 with 13 flats, 3 bed sits and 4 bungalows.
- Shannon Court built in 1989 consisting of 4 Bungalows.
- Hospital Close converted in 2007 consisting of 10 Bungalows.
- Brother House converted in 2007 consisting of 5 Apartments.
- Another 11 almshouses around Greatham village.
