The Hospital of God is an ancient charity, founded in 1273, dedicated to caring for those in need in the north east of England. Our services are provided for all who fall within the purposes of the charity regardless of religion, gender, disability, race, sexual orientation or age.

We provide a residential care home for older people set in the delightful grounds of Greatham Hospital and housing for older and families in the village of Greatham.

As a charity we also make grants to other voluntary organisations that need our help.
